What stories are available on America's new Web site?
All articles are free to subscribers. A selection of articles from every issue will be made available to non-subscribers.
How do I login if I'm a subscriber?
Subscribers can also login by clicking on the "Login/Register" button at the top of the page. If you have registered with the site before, you should use the same user name and password you used in the past. If this is your first time logging in, you will have to enter your subscriber number, which can be found on the address label of your print magazine. First-time users will automatically be assigned a seven-digit username and password. To change these fields to something more memorable click "update profile" on your subscriber home page.
Will I have to login every time I visit the site?
No. Once you log in, you will remain logged in until you choose to log out. If you try to access the site from a different computer, you will have to reenter your login information.
What if I forget my username and password?
Click on login/register in the upper right hand corner of the home page. Here you will have the option of sending us an email requesting your login information.
Can I change my username and password?
Yes, just click on your user name in the upper right hand corner to access your member page, where you can change your account settings.
Which browser should I use?
Our site is viewable in all browsers, but for best viewing we recommend you use Mozilla Firefox.

Print magazine questions
How can I change the address to which my magazine is sent?
Once you are logged in (see instructions above), simply click on your username in the upper right hand corner and then "update profile."
How long does it take to process a change of address?
It takes 3 to 4 weeks from the time you notify us of your change of address before your magazine will arrive at your new address.
How do I contact customer service?
If you have a subscription-related questions or problem, call customer service 1-800-627-9533 (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Central Time) or e-mail america@sfsdayton.com.
How can I replace or request a missed or missing issue?

My issue is not being delivered correctly. What can I do?

Does America rent its mailing list?
Yes, on occasion America gives permission to other organizations to use our list for promotional purposes. If you do not want to receive these promotions, contact our list manager at subscriptions@americamagazine.org.
